Procedure

  1. Instructions:
    1. Participants will use their hand movements to control Pacman and make it eat up the 10 stars displayed on the screen. At the same time, they must avoid the ghosts to avoid "getting caught."
  2. Customization:
    1. Encourage participants to play the game at their own pace, focusing on smooth eye movements to track Pacman's movement and accurately control its direction.
  3. Difficulty levels:
    1. The application has three difficulty levels to choose from, catering to individual needs and progress. Encourage participants to start with a comfortable level and gradually increase the difficulty as they gain confidence and skills.
    2. Once participants have completed all three levels, suggest that they switch to their other hand (if applicable) and repeat the exercise.
  4. Feedback and discussion:
    1. Offer positive reinforcement and encouragement throughout the activity to keep participants engaged and motivated.
    2. After the exercise, take some time to discuss the experience. Ask participants about their observations, challenges faced, and any strategies they used to achieve better performance.
