Setup:
- Prepare the immersive video of underwater scenes, showcasing various marine species such as fish, dolphins, manta rays, and whales.
- Create a safe and spacious environment for the participants to move around without colliding with each other.

Introduction:
- Familiarize the participants with the concept of simulating different swimming styles while engaging with the underwater video.
Swimming Style Instructions:
- The therapist begins the activity by naming different swimming styles, such as freestyle stroke, breaststroke, butterfly, and backstroke.
- Each swimming style is alternated every minute.
- Encourage participants to listen carefully to the therapist's instructions and be ready to switch to the next swimming style.
Simulating Swimming Styles:
- On the therapist's cue, participants start simulating the announced swimming style in the virtual underwater environment.
