Procedure

  1. Setup:

    1. Prepare the immersive video of a sport run through the Salomon Mountains.

    2. Ensure that the participants have enough space to move around safely during the exercise.

  2. Cardiovascular Warm-up: 

    1. Start with a brief warm-up session to prepare the participants for the physical activity. 

    2. Lead the participants through some gentle stretching exercises and light aerobic movements to elevate their heart rate gradually.

  3. Action Instructions: 

    1. As the video plays, the therapist calls out corresponding actions such as "walk," "run," or "climb." 

    2. Participants are asked to execute the actions in real-time, following the instructions. 

  4. Cardiovascular Workout: 

    1. During the "run" segments, participants engage in brisk walking or light jogging to elevate their heart rate and promote cardiovascular fitness.

    2. During the "climb" segments, participants simulate climbing motions using their arms and legs, engaging major muscle groups and enhancing endurance. 

    3. The therapist can adjust the intensity of the actions based on the participants' fitness levels and capabilities.
